By joining the Grateful Challenge, you will help yourself, lead others, and fundraise to support life-changing programs all at the same time!!

Why Join

June is PTSD Awareness Month! Project Refit is all about action, not just awareness. We decided to bring back the Grateful Challenge for PTSD Awareness Month so we can add some TEETH, or action, to help people think positively.

What to do

Copy the rhetoric below and paste it to each grateful post you make for 20 days! Also, if you want to add a fundraising component, start a P2P Fundraiser before you start posting!

For the next 20 days, I will post something I am grateful for and challenge one person to do one or both of the following: donate to my fundraiser, do the grateful challenge, or BOTH! The reason for 20 is because it takes 20+ days to develop a new habit.
